Frauke Roth is Manager, Human Resources, Germany of Hughes Network Systems Europe, the sales and operating organisation for the European market of Hughes Network Systems, LLC.  She has overall responsibility for all aspects of staff recruitment, development and retention in Germany in delivering the company's broader business goals.

Frauke who holds an MBA in Human Resources Management joined Hughes Europe in 1998 and her early roles included Assistant to the Commercial Manager and Legal Counsel in the areas of administration, legal, finance and human resources.  Previously she held sales and account management roles in industry, including at specialist camera manufacturer, SIGMA Deutschland GmbH.
